All products returned to Rabbit need to reference a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To receive an RMA number, have the product part number and serial or lot number-and the reason for the return-and contact our Customer Service Department by calling 1.530.757.8400 or sending an email to rabbit.rma@rabbit.com
